Whether you've never trained before or you're an experienced grappler looking for a new academy, everyone is welcome.

What to Expect

Your first class is designed to help you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Our coaches and members will introduce themselves, show you around the academy and explain how the session works.

A typical class includes:

• Warm-up and movement drills

• Technical instruction

• Partner drilling

• Live training (optional for complete beginners)

• Time to ask questions after class

You'll never be expected to know what you're doing on day one—we'll guide you every step of the way.

What Should I Bring?

For your first class, simply wear:

• A T-shirt or rash guard

• Shorts or leggings without zips or pockets

• A bottle of water

• A positive attitude!
